The ePadLink webstore is provided exclusively for bona-fide end users of ePadLink signature products. Shipments will be deemed to have been accepted by Buyer upon delivery of the said shipments to Buyer unless rejected as set forth herein. Buyer shall perform all inspections and tests Buyer deems necessary as promptly as possible but in no event later than thirty (30) calendar days after delivery of product, at which time Buyer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the Products. Any discrepancy in shipment quantity must be reported within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery. Buyer may only reject a Product that fails to materially conform to its then applicable specifications by giving Seller, within 30 days after receiving the Product, a written notice that specifies in reasonable detail the reasons for rejection.

Buyer may return a properly rejected Product under this section for credit, replacement, or refund, at Seller’s option. Buyer may not return Products without a return material authorization (“RMA”) number. RMA valid for 30 days from date issued. Any product returned by Buyer due to Buyer’s error may be subject to a restocking charge equivalent to 30% of the value of such Product as specified in Seller’s invoice to Buyer, at the Seller’s sole discretion.

EPADLINK LIMITED WARRANTY:

EPADLINK WARRANTS ITS HARDWARE PRODUCTS FOR EITHER ONE YEAR, FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AGAINST ANY DEFECT ARISING DUE TO FAULTY MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP. ACCORDINGLY ANY DEFECTIVE ITEM WILL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED AT ePadLink'S OPTION UPON RETURN TO THE FACTORY, WITH A VALID ePadLink RMA NUMBER AND INCOMING FREIGHT, DUTY, TAXES, AND INSURANCE PRE-PAID, SHIPPED TO ePadLink BEFORE THE EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY TERM; AND PROVIDED THAT THE DEFECT HAS NOT BEEN CAUSED BY WEAR, NEGLECT, MISUSE, OR ACCIDENT , ABUSE, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE NOT RESULTING DIRECTLY FROM FAULTY MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP; AND PROVIDED THAT PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM A FACTORY-AUTHORIZED ePadLink DISTRIBUTOR OR RESELLER IS SUPPLIED. UNITS PURCHASED THROUGH AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS OR RESELLERS SHOULD BE RETURNED THROUGH THOSE PARTIES TO ePadLink FOR SERVICE. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY AND IS NOT ASSIGNABLE OR TRANSFERABLE. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT THE FACTORY BEFORE PURCHASING.
